History
The foundation of a Monte in Offida was proposed by Battista Urbani to the City Council in 1554. The institute began its activity two years later, in April. The administration was managed by the Comune until 1861, when it went under that of the local Congregazione di Carità. In 1941, the Monte was absorbed by Cassa di Risparmio di Ascoli Piceno.
