History
The sources do not agree in dating the first foundation of the Monte, which dates back to 1561 or 1563. The administration of the institute was immediately entrusted to the confraternity of Scuola di Santa Marta, which had to elect the deputies to be placed at the helm of the Monte. In the sixties of the nineteenth century, the administration passed to the local Congregazione di Carità, which also provided for a new regulation (1865). The institute was incorporated into Monte di Milano in November, 1935.
