History
The Monte was founded on the initiative of Congrégation de Notre-Dame de Lorette of Avignon, which also upheld the administration until its suppression in August 1792. The Monte started its activity in May, 1610. In August, 1612, Pope Paul V ratified its foundation. In 1918, it turned into Caisse de Crédit municipal.
